  It's probably been a year since I've been here, but I remember the staff being very polite and welcoming. That's not so much the case anymore. My husband and I were there for about 10-15 minutes and none of the employees downstairs greeted us or asked if we needed help.
  
  I think there were about five young men working today and a couple of ladies upstairs in the picture area. The ladies were kind to us. But I couldn't even get a reciprocal hello from the guy near the tents.

  Prices are way to high. They do have a nice selection and neat little gadgets. Fun store to visit but but not buy.

  Excellent staff explained all features of ski jackets we purchased. Charlie was very helpful fitting my entire family . You get what you pay for and more. The entire experience was an enjoyable one.
