  Gray Barrow is the best pain mangement MD that I have seen in Louisiana. He LISTENS to his patients, explains in understandable language what one's issue is. If appropriate, Dr. Barrow makes SUGGESTIONS for pain relief, whether it be physical therapy, a procedure or cautious medication regime.
  From my perspective, Dr. Barrow deserves 6 stars.
