  Affirmative's insured "fail to yield" and "inattentive" as cited on the accident report, yet the adjuster James Ellzey, has yet to return a SINGLE phone call or return a SINGLE email. We are just five days shy of a month and NOTHING has been done. No wonder so many lawyers have to be involved. Affirmative have to pay, plus attorneys, plus loss of income, plus loss of use. Why can't Affirmative just be honest and do the right thing.
