  I placed my online order at 2:30...the emailed stated that my order is going to be ready at 2:47 . I then arrived at the restaurant at 3:00 , once I got to the front desk no one approached me until maybe 3:10-3:15 . A lady then told me to go to the bar to pick up my order after I was approached by another lady like 10 mins later to find out they didnt make my order and she didn’t see anything for it but I had an email to conform that . It is now 3:30pm and I am now receiving my food . They were extremely slow and the lady that gave me my food didn’t even apologize for having my food so late . Also my meal was wrong . I love chili’s but I do not plan on coming back to this location. It has horrible customer service and they are really slow .
