  no star rating allowed. This location does not deserve a star at all. The staff is rude. They tell you to return your car at a certain time. Two hours when we get there at the appointed time they cannot take the return. There lot is full even though we were told when to return it. So they send us to another Hertz rental place and they will not take our return. State Farm will here from me too. Total incompetence and poor customer service. We were not the only people disgusted by this location and Hertz. Avoid this location at all costs. If insurance agency says to go there, ask for another location.
