  This is one strange little park, entirely under I-110. It's basically two half-courts with some picnic tables and green space. It's at the entrance to the Scott Subdivision.
  
  On the one hand, little community parks are great for neighborhoods! But this one is always shrouded in shade because the interstate is a little low here. Maybe that's a plus in the hot summer. And hey, it's better than vacant land.
