  Company poured concrete at my home last summer. While on site the driver experienced brake issues so he decided to dump his brake fluid in the street in front of my home. This caused my lawn to die in spots and caused irreparable harm to the asphalt which is slowly beginning to degrade. I called over a dozen times and was told that they would come investigate and resolve the issue. They never came and stopped fielding/returning my calls. I also called the Parish who owns the street and they said they'd look at it but never did, or never responded to me or provided any relief. I can't sue Heck for the asphalt damage since I don't own the street, and I doubt the Parish wants to be involved based on previous lack of response. I had a letter sent on attorney letterhead requesting resolution but nobody responded. I also called the state AG office who said they could write a letter to try to compel them to respond but ultimately they cannot sue the company on my behalf. The grass has grown back somewhat. Meanwhile my property value decreases as I watch the asphalt slowly degrade.
