  I always find items I like when at Hobby Lobby. Staff is always friendly and helpful. But check out is always short handed and I dread that part of the shopping trips. It is especially bad when someone has a return. It seems to take such a long time. I can't give five stars simply due to check out. All these years and they continue to be short staffed at checkout.
