  They will NOT let you cancel a membership no matter what if you are within the 12 month initial contract!

  Worst customer service. Our couples massage was rescheduled and then an hour before our rescheduled appointment it was cancelled. They offered no apologies and made no attempt to remedy the inconvenience. I'll take my business to a more customer service oriented spa.
