  MBD did a commercial build out for us, wasted months incorrectly filing permits, weeks not on site, quality was awful and not to spec, walls that were not aligned, doorways and openings not to correct size, management shocked when we expected quality work and things to be done to spec, complained about having to redo work so that our doors and windows would fit.
