  I went there to do a deposit and was told I had to deposit at another branch because they only took mortgage payments. That was a big inconvenience.

  I received a payment reminder notice on 5-2-16 from Neighbors Federal Credit Union. I PAID this May payment, which is not even due until May 20th, on 4-30-16! Your notice stated **Be advised that this is an effort to collect a debt**& payment not due until 20th of each month. WHAT KIND OF CREDIT UNION IS THIS??? I have never been late in the past 15 months (which is how long I have had this account). Good thing I didn't switch my checking account here. I HAVE ALWAYS PAID 15 TO 20 DAYS IN ADVANCE. BAD BANKING
