  If bringing your vehicle to have the tires changed, make sure to take a picture of your rims prior to the service being done and check it before you even leave. Never had any scratch or damage to my rims until now. The mark was very fresh when we go to my car to pick it up, you could tell because everywhere on the rim was very dirty except where I now have damage. Also had an appointment that the manager made for a specific time, he had not even picked my tires up from another store (which was over an hour away) till over an hour after my appointment. He never even called the other store to make sure they did have my tires I was purchasing in stock until he was supposedly on the way there. VERY unorganized!
