  The used dealership is the worst business I've visited. We went twice. The first time, the salesman answered a question about a Dodge 2500 diesel with, "I have no idea." He didn't say, "I'm not sure; I'll check," or anything helpful - just, "I have no idea." The second time, about two years later, another salesman had no idea that the Dodge 1500 bodystyles changed in 2009. My husband was looking to trade his ('09 1500), and without seeing it, the salesman said we wouldn't get more than x-amount for it. After telling him what we paid for it months earlier at Salsbury's new lot, he said we got ripped off. When trying to walk us out, he walked to the wrong truck - an older model actually for sale on his lot, proving he didn't know the difference between the bodystyles. These people couldn't sell ice water in hell!
