  When I purchased my car it came with many issues, so I looked to Wedge Keys for help. I called in advance and asked for a quote on a fuel pump replacement job. I was quoted $500, but when I brought it in and they performed a diagnostic, the end cost was $1100. The tech explained that I needed both the sending unit and the fuel pump replaced. It was fine that the quote wasn't precise, because I understand that in order to give an accurate quote, a shop usually has to diagnose the problem. The problem came in when I decided not to repair the car. The tech on the phone became irate when I told him that I didn't want to fix it. I let him know that I will just pay the diagnostic fee when I came to pick up the car. The person that I talked to said that my car would be ready for pick up around 3:00 pm, so I came to pick up at around 4:00pm to make sure. When I arrived, the receptionist hands me the bill for the $130 diagnostic fee (fine), and hands me my keys. When I enter the car, I see that the my seat is not put back on. I go back inside to inform them of this fact. The owner of the shop starts to raise his voice at me, like I'm the one who did something wrong being very confrontational. So I said, "So basically, because I didn't get the repair done, you don't feel like you have to put my car back together like it was?" I sincerely believe he was upset that I didn't repair the car, so he left my car's seat off and the screws on the floor. I experienced the worst customer service ever at Wedge Kyes Import Specialties.
